Senior Manager, HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E)- Breast Cancer

Pfizer seeks a Senior Manager to lead health technology assessment and value evidence strategies for breast cancer medicines. The role involves developing and executing evidence generation initiatives, managing real-world studies, and coordinating global access strategies to demonstrate product value to regulators, payers, and patients.
Responsibilities
- Support development of global HTA value and evidence strategy for Prifetrastat breast cancer medicine
- Manage execution of clinically relevant value and evidence studies including real-world data generation
- Lead updates of global value dossiers, economic models, and innovative assessment tools
- Oversee patient-reported outcomes research to characterize outcomes and validate patient-relevant measures
- Coordinate evidence dissemination through publications and conference presentations to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Graduate degree (MSc, MPH, PhD, DrPH) in HEOR-related field
- Minimum 5 years experience with MSc/MPH/MBA; ≥1 year with PharmD/PhD/DrPH
- Advanced understanding of health economics, outcomes research, and research methodology
- Strong project management and team leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple priorities and significant budgets
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to influence across matrix organizations
Compensation: $139,100–$231,900 base; 17.5% bonus target
