Project Manager – ETO & STICC Operations Estimated Hourly Rate: $85–$110/hour W2 (equivalent $170K–$210K/yr) Job Summary: The Project Manager will lead NYSDOT’s ETO and STICC operations, ensuring 24/7/365 readiness, staff oversight, incident tracking, compliance, and strong NYSDOT liaison communication. Duration: 3 to 5 years (Government Project) Job Type: Full-time, Contract Schedule: 8-hour shift, on-call support as needed Work Location: 50 Wolf Road, Albany, NY References: 2 required prior to offer Qualifications Bachelor’s (required), Master’s (preferred). Experience 7+ years transportation/emergency operations; 3+ years managing 24/7 environments. Certifications FEMA 100, 200, 700, 800 (required), PMP (preferred). Responsibilities Manage daily operations, staffing, and compliance. Oversee training, SOP adherence, and incident tracking via Ezelogs. Serve as NYSDOT’s primary point of contact. Lead operational improvement initiatives.
