Japanese Or Chinese Bilingual Outside Inside Sales Representative
A results-driven sales representative responsible for seeking out and engaging customer prospects, providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
Essential duties include:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using strong sales arguments
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing/potential customers
- Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Perform cold calling to generate leads
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
- Coordinate with team members and other departments for effective sales operations
- Analyze territory and market potential, track sales progress and status
- Report on customer needs, competitive activity, and opportunities for new products/services
- Stay informed on best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
Working hours and style:
- Full-time 8-17
- Schedule flexibility may be required to meet sales goals
- Target-driven and performance-based role
Working location:
- Tampa, FL
Salary/benefit:
- Commission (24K-30K Base. No Commission for the first three months)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Proven experience as a sales representative
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM tools
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Skilled in delivering tailored presentations
- Receptive to feedback and strong relationship management skills
