Competitive salary with a sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, short- & long-term disability Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 401(k), life insurance, paid time off (PTO) Continuing Education Unit (CEU) reimbursement Daily pay options What You’ll Do: As a CNA, you play a vital role in providing total care to our residents, including: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care Recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) and conducting range-of-motion exercises Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or appetite Maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations Building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members through a warm and professional approach Qualifications: Completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide Training Program Current Kansas CNA certification/registration Current CPR certification Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Desire to work with seniors Preferred: Experience in a geriatric nursing facility We’re looking for CNAs who are dependable, professional, respectful, and team-oriented.
