Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Hourly pay equivalent to annual compensation ($300,000/year for 40 hours/week)
• Additional Compensation: Productivity bonuses, signed bonus of $50,000

What You’ll Do

• Provide 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park
• Manage a personalized patient schedule and patient mix, including age groups
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical and surgical teams
• Participate in weekly on-site CME, Mayo Clinic Care Network programs, and possible teaching opportunities
• Use Cerner EMR integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Access Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert for clinical support
• Contribute to continuous practice improvements and patient education
• Benefit from full care team support, including hospitalist backup for inpatient needs

What You Need

• Required: MD or DO degree, Ohio medical license, Board Certified/Eligible in Rheumatology
• Preferred: 3+ years clinical experience, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
