Job Title: Technical Services Packaging Engineer Line Manager Job Title: Packaging Manager, Technical Services Business Unit: Consumer Healthcare Functional Line: Technical Services Direct Reports: No Job Purpose Applies advanced technical process solutions in packaging technology and processes, ensuring priorities are aligned with customer needs, technology management objectives, company goals, and regulatory requirements. Leads the implementation of new packaging technologies at the site and oversees all packaging process qualifications and validations. The incumbent must be capable of leading cross‑functional projects with limited supervision, troubleshooting and resolving moderate to highly complex packaging process issues, and identifying both short‑ and long‑term technical solutions. Projects must meet business, quality, and compliance objectives while ensuring full adherence to regulatory standards and internal company policies. Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities and contribute to solutions for quality, yield, efficiency, profitability, and compliance improvements related to packaging processes. Implement packaging processes and technologies for new products and changes to existing processes. Identify and execute packaging process improvements. Generate and execute qualification and validation protocols. Generate qualification and validation reports. Provide technical support to packaging operations for quality issues and operational efficiency improvements. Support readiness for regulatory audits and ensure compliance with audit commitments. Develop and execute validation strategies for new packaging processes and configurations. Ensure timely completion of action items related to packaging technology transfer. Identify and implement packaging improvements for new processes, configurations, and products. Actively participate in regulatory inspections. Education / Experience / Competencies Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BS Engineering). Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts as required. 12–15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including supervisory or equivalent experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
