Job Title: Therapist – Family Centered Treatment (FCT)

Location: Cincinnati, OH & Lebanon, OH
Salary: $56,516–$64,273/year
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to provide family-centered counseling and therapeutic services to children and families in home and community settings. Responsibilities include assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and clinical documentation.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Active LPC license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and families.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel locally.
