We are seeking a Family Therapist to provide intensive, family-centered therapy to children and families in their homes and community settings. The role focuses on mental health assessment, crisis support, treatment planning, and helping families achieve measurable goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) to children and families.
• Complete mental health assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and therapeutic services.
• Develop short- and long-term family goals and track progress.
• Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Attend case reviews, team meetings, and child/family team meetings.
• Provide testimony in court when required.
• Maintain an average caseload of approximately 4 families.
• Travel throughout the community to meet client and program needs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and families .
• Active LPC license required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
