What You'll Do:

• Provide respiratory therapy to pediatric patients in PICU and Neuro diagnostics
• Support airway management, ventilation, and respiratory care procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a children's hospital setting
• Float across PICU, NICU, and Peds as needed, including potential assignment to IU Health North Hospital
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Participate in unit-specific trainings and uphold patient safety standards
• Contribute to patient and family education regarding respiratory care

What You Need:

• Indiana state licensure in Respiratory Therapy (or eligible application)
• ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP certifications (PALS preferred)
• At least 2 years of PICU and children's hospital experience within the last 3 years
• Strong clinical skills in pediatric respiratory care and neuro diagnostics
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments across specialties
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
