What You'll Do

• Provide respiratory therapy and neuro diagnostics in a hospital ICU setting
• Perform ventilator management, arterial blood gases, and airway management
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and respond to emergent needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Float between Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan hospitals as required
• Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines
• Document patient care accurately and timely

What You Need

Required:

• IN RN license, NBRC (RRT) certification, ACLS, BCLS
• At least 18 months ICU experience, recent within 18 months
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Willingness to float between facilities

Preferred:

• Prior neuro diagnostics experience
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
