Schedule: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
Base Salary: $75,000 $95,000

What youll be doing:
Process high-volume billing and invoicing
Review and edit prebills in accordance with client guidelines
Submit invoices through billing and e-billing platforms and resolve rejections/reductions
Partner with attorneys and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
Assist with reporting, billing schedules, and special projects
What we are looking for:
2+ years of professional billing or related experience
Legal billing experience is a plus, but not required
Experience with e-billing platforms or high-volume invoicing environments preferred
Experience with Aderant, Elite, 3E, or similar billing/accounting software is a plus
Bachelors degree preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
