Facilities Technician II
$23 - $35.1 per hourSan Antonio Regional Hospital
Mid-Level Maintenance/Construction PositionA mid-level position that performs a variety of general maintenance/construction duties; inspecting, repairing, maintaining buildings and equipment.Minimum QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Experience: One year in building maintenance and equipment repair, preferable in a health care setting.Knowledge and Skills: Journeyman level (expert) in at least one of the following trades, demonstrated competence in at least 2, and basic knowledge of remaining trades: Painting, Carpentry, Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC and Locksmith. Basic computer skills. Read blueprints.License/Certifications: Valid California driver's license. Forklift certification preferred. Locksmith certification/bonded and HVAC EPA certification as applicable.Equipment: Experience with hand and power tools. Employee provides basic personal hand tools.Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.Pay Range$23.00 - $35.10The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate's relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate's individual experience.
