Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions with a focus on complex needs and potential life-threatening conditions.
• Administer, titrate, and monitor critical drips, including vasopressors and sedation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Hospitalists, to develop and execute patient care plans.
• Implement interventions and provide education to patients and families on care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of West Virginia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Minimum of two years of ICU experience, with travel experience preferred.
• Competency in critical care procedures and equipment, including CRRT and IABP.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
