Sales Representative, Joint Replacement - West Palm Beach, FL

Field-based sales representative role focused on promoting and selling orthopedic joint replacement products to hospitals and surgical centers in the West Palm Beach area. The position involves driving revenue growth, building customer relationships, and supporting surgical teams in operating room settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through excellent service and partnership development
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to exceed sales targets
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in operating rooms and office settings
• Provide product training to surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff
• Maintain sample inventory and ensure compliance with AdvaMed principles and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years clinical healthcare or sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstrations
• Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently
• Medical device sales experience preferred
• 3+ years B2B sales experience preferred

Compensation: 100% commission with bonuses and benefits eligible
