Account Manager, Neurosurgery - West Palm Beach, FL

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Account Manager to drive neurosurgery product sales within a defined West Palm Beach territory. The role involves achieving revenue targets through strategic relationship building, extensive operating room presence, and cross-functional collaboration to advance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets for neurosurgery product line
• Spend approximately 90% of time in operating rooms providing product consultation and support
• Develop and execute annual territory business plans with monthly and quarterly performance tracking
• Identify new business opportunities and product improvement suggestions for internal teams
• Maintain technical product knowledge and ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
• Minimum two years of business-to-business sales experience
• Two years of surgical device or medical device sales preferred
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 65 pounds
• Valid driver's license and proven track record in sales planning execution
