Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state or compact)
• One year of recent experience in a Stepdown or similar acute care environment preferred
• Proficient in using the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care
• Ability to provide supervision and direction to support staff
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular, comprehensive patient assessments and deliver skilled nursing services as per the individualized care plan
