Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing holistic patient assessments and deliver nursing care as outlined by individualized, physician-approved care plans
• Administer medications, carry out treatments, and provide patient education
• Respond to alarms, call lights, and assist with patient transfers and daily needs
• Serve as a leader and resource for the support staff, overseeing their contributions and ensuring quality care
• Contribute to case conferences and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to set and revise patient goals and treatment strategies
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards as well as organization-specific protocols

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state of Michigan or compact)
• Minimum of one year Stepdown or Progressive Care nursing experience preferred
• Proven leadership, delegation, and team collaboration skills
• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced clinical settings
