Shift Manager

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. Role Overview Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness for customers. Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
