And if you're already a high-producing candidate, we can put you in front of agencies that are actively looking for people like you. These are established, growth-focused agencies with the resources and leadership to help good producers become great ones.

A few of our agency partners are also implementing AI-powered sales training and technology to help producers sharpen their sales skills, get up to speed faster, and start selling quickly.

What the role looks like:

Fully remote, Monday through Friday. Personal lines sales... new business, cross-sells, pipeline management. Service teams handle retention and policy service so you stay focused on selling. Comp is base plus tiered commission. Average producers earn $65K to $120K. Structure and base vary by agency and we walk you through every detail before you interview anywhere.

Production expectations are real. Most agencies we place with are targeting 35-40+ items monthly once you're ramped. If you haven't hit that consistently yet but you have the work ethic and the foundation, that's exactly the kind of candidate our agency partners are looking for.

Who we're looking for:

Active P&C license required. Allstate or State Farm experience required. Beyond the license we want people who are coachable, motivated, and haven't yet had the environment to show what they're really capable of.
