Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Killeen, Texas! All of our services are free for prospective employees.

Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay/Salary: $17.00-$18.00/hr DOE
Hours of Work: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Job Description
- Prepare and process legal documents and papers, such as summonses, subpoenas, complaints, appeals, motions, and pretrial agreements
- Mail, fax, or arrange for delivery of legal correspondence to clients, witnesses, and court officials.
- Email with clients, attorneys, court officials, etc
- Receive and place telephone calls
- Organize and maintain law libraries, documents, and case files
- Schedule and make appointments
Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen test.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school Diploma or GED.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are required.
- A minimum of 6 months of previous administrative and customer service experience required.
- Previous certifications a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills are required.
