Responsibilities The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing executive-level administrative support while managing and executing the day-to-day functions and activities of the administrative office. Responsibilities include providing project and administrative support, as well as managing, coordinating, and arranging travel and travel-related activities. The successful individual will possess advanced computer skills, demonstrate a high level of initiative, have a strong personal presence, and demonstrate an impressive work ethic. This position is responsible for and will be held accountable for handling highly confidential matters and materials with discretion, as well as anticipating the needs of the Executives.
