FCMC Executive Assistant

Job Description
* Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President of FCMC* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the President.
* Mortgage reporting through Encompass and nCino, or similar platform
* Maintain department calendars and schedules
* Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
* Review invoices and route for proper approval
* Run and process department reports
* Serve as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
* Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
* File necessary paperwork
* Provide event management support as needed
* Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
* Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
* Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
