Quality Specialist Location: Columbus, OH Pay Rate: $20 hourly Onsite: Mon - Friday Responsibilities Processing supplier change notifications. Consulting cross‑functional teams and providing documentation. Maintaining supplier data, ensuring compliance with regulations. Working closely with the supply chain and sourcing teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition science, microbiology or related field (basic science/engineering also considered). 1–3 years experience in regulated food/nutrition industry with supply chain management and ingredient sourcing background. Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI optional). Experience with supplier change management or similar processes (preferred but not required). Additional Information Relocation preferred at candidate’s expense; timing of transition critical. Position is 100% on‑site at the Easton Square location. Team size roughly 15‑200; supportive culture with peer consultation. Master’s degree considered overqualified but may be reviewed. Laboratory‑based experience not ideal; manufacturing experience outside food acceptable. Key Conclusions Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field is mandatory.
