You'll work hands-on with hardware and firmware, partnering with global cross-functional teams to bring reliable, high-quality consumer products to market.What You'll DoDesign and develop consumer electronic products from concept through productionDevelop electrical specifications aligned to product and customer requirementsReview and develop schematics, BOMs, PCB layouts, and test plansBuild and execute electrical test plans to verify design functionality and performanceSupport prototype bring-up and hardware verification during development buildsTroubleshoot electrical issues through testing, analysis, and root cause investigationRun circuit analysis and simulation to support design and debugContribute to design reviews, driving improvements in performance and reliabilityPartner with product development, quality, safety, and compliance teams to meet program objectivesCoordinate with global engineering teams to hit hardware milestonesSupport compliance/certification testing, including EMI/EMC and electrical safety issue resolutionBuild cost estimates from EBOMs and evaluate feature-to-cost tradeoffsWhat You'll BringBS in Electrical Engineering0–2 years of embedded hardware development experienceFoundational circuit design skills: component selection, design, and analysisExposure to embedded firmware for microcontrollers (design, testing, debugging) and Arduino prototypingExperience with schematic capture, BOM generation, and PCB layout for prototypesComfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirementsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsNice to HaveMS in Electrical EngineeringInternship or co-op experience in embedded circuit designSPICE simulation experienceC programming for embedded firmwareSalary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
