What You’ll Do

• Provide thorough nursing assessments, health oversight, and delegated nursing support for individuals under the NM DD Waiver.

• Collaborate closely with clients, family members, direct support professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to foster health and wellness.

• Empower clients through individualized health education, advocacy, and guidance.

• Ensure compassionate compliance with NM Department of Health (DOH) guidelines and DD Waiver standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN License: Must hold an unencumbered Registered Nurse license valid in the State of New Mexico (or compact equivalent).

• Bilingual Advantage: Must be fluent in English and Spanish to effectively connect, support, and communicate with our diverse community and families.

• DD Waiver Experience: Preferred! Experience with the NM DD Waiver system (or developmental disabilities nursing) is a big plus.

• Background Check: Must successfully pass a comprehensive caregiver background check.

• Heart & Personality: Excellent communication skills, an upbeat attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep passion for person-centered care.
