Primary responsibility is to assist persons with disabilities with support, engaging him/her, and remaining actively involved and ensuring all programs and activities are carried out for the benefit of the individual in the community. 2. Provide supervision and training to adults with intellectual disabilities to promote each person's growth toward his/her highest potential while adhering to the individual plan. 3. Assist with the development of independent living skills such as mobility, budgeting, community integration, accessing community resources and personal hygiene. 4. Provide monitoring as indicated in the Person-Centered Plan. 5. Complete appropriate reports and records. 6. Assist with preparing meals as needed. 7. Use only approved crisis intervention techniques in emergency situations where an immediate health and/or safety concern is present. 8. Treats individuals serviced with dignity and respect at all time. 9. Ensure medications are administered in accordance with the MTTP. 10.
