Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity

Our clients are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join the established domestic team in their Upper East Side home. They are looking for a polished professional who will help maintain the same outstanding standards upheld by the current staff.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who takes pride in creating a beautifully maintained environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, attentive to detail, and comfortable working both independently and in harmony with a seasoned team. A friendly, steady, and service-oriented demeanor is essential.

Responsibilities
• Perform daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning throughout the residence
• Care for fine materials and surfaces, including marble, silver, crystal, china, art, antiques, and other delicate finishes
• Oversee household laundry with precision and garment-appropriate care
• Assist with organizing household systems and completing ongoing projects
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to support seamless household operations
• Run errands and support occasional events as needed
• Travel to the Hamptons during the summer; return home weekly

Qualifications
• Proven expertise in high-level cleaning and laundry, particularly with luxury materials
• Prior experience in a private home or luxury hotel/resort setting
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced household
• Strong initiative and dedication to supporting a family's lifestyle and preferences
• Professional, adaptable, and able to work well within a team environment
• Flexibility for occasional extended hours or weekend shifts

Schedule
• Generally, Monday to Friday
• Shifts can be 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. etc. The family is willing to consider a consistent schedule that works for both you and them.
• The family requests some flexibility for extended hours and weekend work and these are shared among the team.

Compensation and Benefits
• $48/hour
• Comprehensive benefits package: fully paid healthcare (including dependents), PTO, paid holidays, life insurance, and annual discretionary bonus
• Daily staff meal provided
• Summer accommodations in the Hamptons, with meals, staff-kitchen access, and transportation provided
