Financial Services Associate

Northwestern Mutual - Hawai'i is seeking a Financial Services Associate to support financial advisors and their clients across both insurance and investment operations. In this Honolulu, HI onsite role, you will help keep advisor workflows moving by processing applications, managing service requests, and preparing client materials and reports. Role focus You will provide operational support that bridges insurance and investment needs. On the insurance side, responsibilities include application processing, underwriting, and handling servicing requests. On the investment side, you will support onboarding, funding, and account servicing activities, while preparing investment proposals and research reports to support advisor conversations.
