Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Dayton, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel WINTER CONTRACT option of 13- or 18-week contracts must work minimum of every other holiday! Their application MUST show some 1:5 ratio experience in the Work History section for SD or PCU, otherwise, the managers will not review it. Be sure this is added to the application prior to submitting in order to avoid delay. Also note, ICU exp does not count towards SD/PCU exp at this facility, therefore, you MUST have SD/PCU experience to be considered. Targeted patient ratios are 1:4-6 *Unit participates/may participate in team nursing model where RNs, LPNs, and PCTs partner together to care for a group of patients. The goal of this model is to divide the work and not the patients, ultimately improving both the workload and patient care. Nurses may function in either team nursing or primary nursing depending on the needs of the unit. must have vent exp Must have the following requirements: • Pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment • BLS, ACLS, and NIH.
