Leader Development& Care Recruit,train,coach,andcareforConnectionsCoaches,LeadersandVolunteerMinistryLeaders (VMLs). Facilitateregulartouchpoints,coachingconversations,anddevelopmentgatherings Connections Coaches and Leaders ProviderelationalcaretoVMLs,Coaches,andLeadersaddressingchallengeswithwisdomand discretion. Operations& Execution HelpoverseeConnectionsoperationsincludingeventregistrations,inventory,RMSmaintenance, reporting, meeting agendas, training materials, Sunday operations, and the execution and maintenance of ministry standard operating procedures. HelpleadtheplanningandexecutionofConnections ministryeventsandleadertrainingsthrough general team support and lead facilitation. CollaboratewithCentralteamstoensurealignmentand excellence. Overseecampus-widecommunicationrelated totheConnections Ministry SupportbroadercampusinitiativesandeventsasassignedbytheCampus Leadershipor Connections Director Assistwithadditionalministryinitiativesasneeded,contributingtooverallcampushealthand growth. This role partners closely with the ConnectionsDirector,CampusExecutiveDirector,andCentralLeadershiptohelp castvision,develop leaders, and cultivate healthy, sustainable environments where people connect, grow, and serve.
