Crane Service Department Coordinator
- Setup new crane inspections and process completed reports
- Prepare and send-out repair proposals
- Setup Crane Repair Orders
- Process completed service work tickets
- Setup service billing
- Assist with service scheduling as needed
- Assist with answering phones as needed
- Interact with Customers via phone and email
- Prepare and send out new equipment manuals
Skills:
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Good Computer and Typing Skills
- Good Organizational Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- NetSuite Experience a Plus
