Office Manager — Urgently hiring in Canyonville! Job Title: Office Manager Pay: ~$45,000/year Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm Start Date: ASAP Looking for a meaningful, hands-on role where you can truly impact a community? Join a reputable, mission-driven educational nonprofit as an Office Manager on-site in Canyonville, Oregon, and make a difference every day. As an Office Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day operations of the office and campus administrative systems. You will work closely with leadership, faculty, and staff to manage administrative processes, facilities, and internal communications so the team can focus on delivering high-quality education and community impact.
What You'll Do As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily office operations, including reception, mail, phones, supply inventory, and vendor relationships to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Supporting student and graduate success by distributing surveys, tracking responses, and researching and posting career opportunities for graduates.
- Assisting marketing and HR departments with digital file management, maintaining confidentiality, and drafting social media posts, flyers, and newsletters.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including managing calendars, handling logistics, and accurately taking meeting minutes.
- Maintaining compliance and records, ensuring organized digital and physical filing systems for program, governance, faculty, and volunteer tracking.
- Managing facilities and tools, serving as the central point of contact for equipment maintenance, internal announcements, and directories.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Experience: Prior experience in office administration, operations, or office management (nonprofit or educational environments preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency with standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, email, cloud storage, and basic databases).
- Required Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
- Traits: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and clear, professional written and verbal communication.
