Quality Control Senior Associate Scientist I position at Catalent's Kansas City facility supporting oral, specialty drug delivery, and biologics analytical services. The role involves performing laboratory testing, maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical standards, and collaborating across teams in a full-time onsite setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain analytical laboratories including cleanliness, glassware preparation, and supply ordering
• Perform GMP documentation and basic testing including sample handling and data interpretation
• Communicate with internal and external customers to support project activities
• Keep training current on applicable procedures and maintain records in internal systems
• Train or mentor peers and propose procedural improvements based on sound judgment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science or physical science field with 2+ years related work experience
• Strong mathematical and scientific reasoning with ability to learn technical information
• Proficiency in GMP expectations, laboratory concepts, and instrument operations
• Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagram-based instructions accurately
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
