General Liability Attorney (Civil Litigation)A boutique civil litigation practice is seeking an experienced Attorney to join its General Liability team. This role provides hands-on exposure to complex insurance defense and civil litigation matters within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.The OpportunityYou'll handle a broad range of civil litigation and insurance defense cases, including medical negligence, premises liability, personal injury, wrongful death, and general liability claims.Key ResponsibilitiesManage general liability and civil litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and case reportsTake and defend depositionsAppear at hearings, mediations, and trialsCollaborate closely with clients and litigation teamsQualifications3–5 years of civil litigation experienceInsurance defense and/or trial experience preferredStrong legal writing, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-based environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary plus performance bonusesComprehensive benefits package with 401(k) matchSupportive, mentorship-driven culture with growth opportunities
