What You'll Do

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Answer a multi-line phone system and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
• Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate records
• Confirm appointments and update reminders
• Follow up with clients after visits, surgeries, and medical procedures
• Coordinate communications regarding treatments, procedures, and cremations
• Provide administrative and clerical support, including light accounting tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Help resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of veterinary clinic or animal hospital experience
• 1+ year of customer service or reception experience
• Strong computer and keyboarding skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the clinic during the workday
