NOW HIRING: HOTEL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Sheraton Springfield Monarch Place Hotel
Full-Time Position

Are you a skilled, dependable, and hands-on maintenance professional? Join our team and help ensure our hotel remains safe, comfortable, and operating at its best for our guests and associates.

What You’ll Do

Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs throughout the hotel.
Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building issues.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest and departmental maintenance requests.
Complete preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment and hotel facilities.
Assist with emergency repairs and unexpected maintenance concerns.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and completed repairs.
Work closely with hotel departments to support smooth daily operations.
Follow all safety regulations, procedures, and hotel policies.

What We’re Looking For

Previous building maintenance, facilities, or engineering experience.
Hospitality or hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Ability to lift, climb ladders, bend, and work in confined spaces.
HVAC, electrical, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Flexible availability is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
