Operations Manager

Current US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) is Required. Responsibilities: Lead engineering, production, and manufacturing operations Own daily production execution, scheduling, shop-floor communication, and delivery performance Oversee quoting and estimating using BOMs, material costs, vendor pricing, and production inputs Direct procurement, sourcing, and vendor management for domestic and imported materials Manage ERP/MRP structure including item masters, BOMs, routings, work orders, and inventory Improve inventory accuracy, forecasting, cycle counting, safety stock, and reorder points Translate sales demand and material usage into purchasing priorities Coordinate machinists, fabricators, assemblers, electricians, vendors, and freight Drive cost control, CAPEX, safety, quality, and process standardization Improve manufacturing processes through 5S, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and other continuous improvement methods Participate in financial reviews involving cost, inventory, backlog, purchasing, and operating results Requirements: Current US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) Manufacturing and operations leadership experience in a high-mix, engineered-product environment Hands-on experience with fabrication, machining, assembly, or metalworking Proven ownership of production, scheduling, and shop-floor execution Experience with quoting/estimating based on BOMs, material costs, and production data Strong procurement, sourcing, and vendor management experience Deep experience with BOMs, routings, work orders, item masters, and inventory control Experience improving inventory accuracy, material readiness, and cost variance Experience bridging engineering, production, quality, and operations Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or a similar technical discipline Exposure to 5S, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and process standardization #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
