Maintenance Associate

The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.

• Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
• Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
• Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
• Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in maintenance, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment (or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience).
• Basic knowledge of common tools and maintenance practices (hand tools, power tools, lubrication, fastening, basic mechanical repair).
• Ability to follow written procedures, safety rules, and maintenance checklists.
• Comfortable working in a shop/facility environment (standing, walking, lifting, noise, PPE requirements).
