Construction Quality Control Manager

Looking for an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager with experience in precast concrete. You'll oversee inspections, testing, documentation, and quality processes to ensure products meet PCI and customer standards.

Job Functions

• Manage all quality control operations
• Oversee concrete testing, inspections, and mix designs
• Ensure PCI and quality compliance
• Maintain quality documentation and records
• Lead and develop QC team members
• Work with plant leadership to improve quality and production

Required Qualifications

• Experience in quality control within precast concrete or concrete manufacturing
• Knowledge of PCI standards and quality programs
• Experience with concrete testing and inspections
• Leadership experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Additional Qualifications

• PCI Level II Certification
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with quality audits and process improvement

Work Environment

This is a hands-on role that combines office work with time spent in the plant and yard. You'll be regularly on the production floor inspecting products, monitoring processes, and working with operations teams.

Job Type & Location: This is a permanent position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00/yr.
