ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and we’re currently a growing team of two with a strong foundation and big goals ahead. Before opening my office, I spent 20 years in the sporting industry, and I made the move into State Farm because I wanted the opportunity to run my own business while making a real difference by helping people protect what matters most.

Outside of work, I’m a retired ultramarathoner, and that mindset carries into how I lead: consistent effort, staying motivated, and always working to improve. I believe success comes from showing up every day, doing the right things, and taking care of people the right way.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tim Urbine - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
