Description: ASAP starts only. First-time travelers are accepted, but candidates must still meet the 2 years of work experience requirement in the specialty they are applying for. Candidates will work in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Shift will be nights with three 12-hour shifts per week. Mandatory certifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS. Candidates will work at least every other Sunday, if not more. Requests for time off must be presented at the time of submission and cannot exceed five days in total. No block scheduling requests will be accepted, unless for weekends only. Candidates who have previously worked in this organization are ineligible for contract positions for a period of one year from their termination date. Travelers within 50 miles of the location will be considered local, and local rates apply. This position requires candidates to float within the hospital as needed. Candidates must have a valid certification and be prepared to complete an additional background check and fingerprinting onsite on their first day. Results from the background check may potentially impact employment.
