About the Role:

Hyperscale Data Center Low-VoltageEstimator develops accurate, competitive cost estimates for thelow-voltage systems in large-scale hyperscale data center projects, analyzingblueprints and specifications to determine material, labor, and other costs. Keyresponsibilities include preparing detailed proposals, coordinating with salesand project management, tracking scope changes and change orders, sourcingvendor pricing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The rolerequires expertise in structured cabling, low-voltage systems, hyperscaledesigns, and familiarity with bidding software like Bluebeam.

We’re hiring a Fiber Estimator to supportlarge-scale hyperscale data center builds. This role requires strong fiberknowledge, solid estimating fundamentals, and the ability to deliver underaggressive timelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Estimate SMF/MMF, OSP/ISP, MPO/MTP, high-count fiber systems

• Build labor-driven costs (pulling, splicing, terminating, testing)

• Produce accurate takeoffs from complex drawings and incomplete designs

• Level vendor quotes and drive competitive pricing

• Identify scope gaps, risks, and execution constraints

• Support multi-building campus estimates

What You Bring:

• 3–7 years fiber or low-voltage estimating experience

• Strong understanding of installation methods and production rates

• Data center experience preferred

• Advanced Excel and Bluebeam skills

• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced bids with minimal oversight
