Sr Network Services Engineer

Salary: $110,701 - 154,960 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in engineering, computer engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent education, training, or experience; a masters degree is preferred.
• We require at least five years of relevant experience, in addition to equivalent education and training.
• We prefer industry certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert, or Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
• We need experience in information technology, network administration, and security administration.
• We need experience in network and security engineering.
• We require strong hands-on experience designing and supporting local and wide area networks.
• We require advanced knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP.
• We require experience with site-to-site VPNs, ACLs, Layer 2 technologies, diagramming, documentation, and project planning.
• We need experience with content delivery technologies, including F5.
• We require experience troubleshooting complex production issues, identifying root causes, and restoring systems quickly.
• We require excellent analytical, verbal, written, and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail.
• We need sound judgment, decision-making ability, deductive reasoning, and analytical thinking.
• We require strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• We need the ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• We value self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and the ability to influence others without direct authority.
• We expect a good attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and working knowledge of ISO Markets.
• We require thorough knowledge of IT systems development and data networking systems.

• We partner with business units to develop network design solutions that meet business needs.

• We provide technical guidance and expertise to teammates and related staff.
• We participate in departmental planning, research, and development to keep our technology current and aligned with corporate standards, goals, and objectives.
• We manage vendors to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of our telecommunications and data network infrastructure.
