Job Summary
We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct hire opportunity in Lebanon, IN. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving problems, and keeping manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently.

The Industrial Maintenance Technician will work closely with production and operations teams to maintain equipment reliability, support safety standards, and contribute to a productive, team-oriented workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including 480V electrical systems.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Use hand tools, power tools, electrical meters, and material-handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain forklifts, lifts, trucks, and other assigned facility equipment.
- Follow OSHA, AS9100, and company safety procedures at all times.

Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $25 to $30 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Location: Lebanon, IN.
