Who We Are.

McGill Restoration is an Omaha-based commercial restoration company that's been repairing and building concrete and masonry structures across the Midwest for over 40 years. Parking garages, bridges, industrial coatings, and masonry restoration are what we do, and we do them for hospitals, universities, schools, utilities, and the DOT. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and we treat our crews like family.

The Job.

You'll be on a crew doing hands-on work at jobsites. Grinding and prepping surfaces, mixing materials, patching, coating, demo, traffic control, and cleaning up so the site is ready for the next day. You'll run hand and power tools like air hammers, grinders, cutters, tampers, and mixers. If you can have experience with any of these, you'll fit right in: concrete finishing, setting forms, sandblasting, patching, gunite, specialty coatings, waterproofing, or painting.

What We're Looking For.

Someone who shows up on time, works safely, pays attention to the details, and gets along with the crew and the customer. You want to learn and you're not afraid of hard work. You bring your own basic hand tools (finishing tools, wire brush, razor knife, scraper, 5-in-1, screwdrivers, hammer, dust brush, water nozzle). If you're missing some, we can help you get them.

The Physical Side.

You'll be on your feet, lifting up to 75 pounds of material, and working outside in all kinds of weather. Some travel and hours outside the normal schedule will come up. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
