This leader will manage a team of sourcing professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to ensure operational excellence. They will establish and monitor key sourcing metrics, analyze hiring data, talent mapping and optimize processes to improve efficiency and sourced candidate volume. The role involves building strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs while representing the company's employer brand at recruitment events. The Manager will oversee budget planning and resource allocation for sourcing activities, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices.
