Talent Acquisition Manager

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives and partner with business leaders in attracting and hiring top talent. This role will be responsible for developing hiring strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, building talent pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across multiple functions and levels within the organization. This position offers the opportunity to influence workforce planning, talent strategy, recruitment analytics, and team development while contributing to the organization's continued growth. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce needs. Partner with leaders and HR stakeholders to understand current and future hiring requirements. Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Support inclusive hiring practices and initiatives. Manage full-cycle recruitment across professional, technical, operational, and leadership roles. Drive sourcing efforts through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Ensure recruitment goals are met through effective planning, prioritization, and execution. Guide hiring managers through structured interview and selection processes. Provide market insights, talent trends, and hiring best practices to business leaders. Recruitment Operations & Analytics Monitor recruitment performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking and talent management systems. Implement process improvements and recruitment automation initiatives. Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors when required. Provide regular reporting and talent acquisition insights to stakeholders. Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop recruitment professionals. Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-focused team culture. Support continuous development and capability-building within the Talent Acquisition function. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Workforce Planning. Demonstrated success managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple business functions and organizational levels. Experience operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Previous leadership experience within Talent Acquisition is highly preferred. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate recruitment metrics into actionable insights.
