Position Overview Physicians at GCFM are vital members of the care team who work both independently and in collaboration withfellow physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. We are seekinga board-certified Family Medicine or Primary Care Physician with a minimum of two years' experience in aprimary care setting to join our well-established, high-performing team. What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient panel Work collaboratively with APPs, clinical staff, and administrative team Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR Make appropriate referrals beyond the scope of primary care Participate in quality improvement, mentorship, and team development Maintain compliance with all applicable clinical and regulatory standards Qualifications Required Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Active Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) Current federal DEA certificate to prescribe controlled substances Minimum 2 years of physician experience in a primary care setting BLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained) Preferred Qualifications Strong proficiency in an electronic medical record (EMR) system Demonstrated leadership, teaching, and quality improvement experience Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills Ability to adapt effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical environment Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Malpractice insurance CME reimbursement Professional association dues and fees Paid term life insurance Flexible scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr Gilbert Center
