Job Title: RN Telemetry I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years with strong cardiac background License: Active RN License in Massachusetts Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Ability to read telemetry strips Ability to perform cardiac drips Description: This position is for a Telemetry Registered Nurse working night shifts. It requires the ability to read telemetry strips and perform cardiac drips. The setting is a 24-bed medical cardiology unit. Experience in post-cardiac catheterization care, including PCI, ICD, PPM, and ablation, is necessary. Familiarity with TR Band and femoral approach is required. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
