Open availability all days is required all days of the week, including weekends and holidays, between the hours of 6:00am - 10:30pm. As a Guest Experience Guide (Front Desk) you will be responsible for: Check guests in and out of their rooms Assist guests with planning their Wellness Journey classes Take reservations on the phone Arrange transportation for guests Qualifications: Previous customer service experience required. Previous hotel/resort experience a plus, but not required. Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays Must have reliable transportation Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Passion for wellness
